    I often used to doomscroll Instagram before going up for sleeping.  It was one of those things I did when I got so tired I didn't have sense enough to go to bed. 

    It was awful. 

    So much of my feed was political, and that feed would end up as thought swirlies in my head and anxiety in my gut. I wouldn’t sleep for hours, and I’d feel crappy and fuzzy the next day. I had to go on a strict no IG after 6pm regime.
